PTT Exploration & Production Public Company Ltd. (PTTEP), said Tuesday that it is currently considering its options, further to the announcement by Shell Exploration and Production of its firm intention to make an offer for Cove Energy PLC (COV.LN.
MAIN FACTS:
-This announcement is in connection with PTTEP's announcement dated Feb. 24, of a proposed cash offer for Cove.
-PTTEP will make a further announcement as and when appropriate.
