No.1/2010 Tranche 2 Due 2022 (PTTC222A)
4. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.1/2012 Tranche 1 Due 2015 (PTTC15OC)
5. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.1/2012 Tranche 2 Due 2018 (PTTC18NA)
Please be notified on details and closing date of the
registration for interest payment with reference to the
mentioned Unsecured Debentures of PTT in August 2012 as
follows:
1. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.2/2005 Due 2020 (PTTC208A) with issue amount totalling
Baht 4,118,000,000.00, of which the 14th
interest payment will be made on August 27, 2012 with the
interest rate of 5.95% per annum (interest period from
February 25, 2012 to August 24, 2012 or 182 days of interest
period). The closing date of the registered book to determine
the right to receive interest of the Debentures is on August
14, 2012 at noon.
2. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.1/2010 Tranche 1 Due 2017 (PTTC172A) with issue amount
totalling Baht 2,636,000,000.00, of which the
5th interest payment will be made on August 27,
2012 with the interest rate of 4.10% per annum (interest
period from February 25, 2012 to August 24, 2012 or 182 days
of interest period). The closing date of the registered book
to determine the right to receive interest of the Debentures
is on August 14, 2012 at noon.
3. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.1/2010 Tranche 2 Due 2022 (PTTC222A) with issue amount
totalling Baht 4,000,000,000.00, of which the
5th interest payment will be made on August 27,
2012 with the interest rate of 4.50% per annum (interest
period from February 25, 2012 to August 24, 2012 or 182 days
of interest period). The closing date of the registered book
to determine the right to receive interest of the Debentures
is on August 14, 2012 at noon.
4. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.1/2012 Tranche 1 Due 2015 (PTTC15OC) with issue amount
totalling Baht 1,950,530,000.00, of which the
1st interest payment will be made on August 15,
2012 with the interest rate of 3.80% per annum (interest
period from January 27, 2012 to August 14, 2012 or 201 days
of interest period). The closing date of the registered book
to determine the right to receive interest of the Debentures
is on August 1, 2012 at noon.
5. Unsecured Debentures of PTT Public Company Limited
No.1/2012 Tranche 2 Due 2018 (PTTC18NA) with issue amount
totalling Baht 18,049,470,000.00, of which the
1st interest payment will be made on August 15,
2012 with the interest rate of 4.00% per annum for year 1-4,
4.40% per annum for year 5-6 and 5.50% per annum for the
duration of the remaining 9 months and 19 days (interest
period from January 27, 2012 to August 14, 2012 or 201 days
of interest period). The closing date of the registered book
to determine the right to receive interest of the Debentures
is on August 1,
2012 at noon.
