publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) asset management has successfully negotiated a tenancy agreement extension for an area of more than 1,600 m² in the 26,000 m² office complex in Bad Vilbel.

publity acquired the multi-tenant property in Bad Vilbel, Frankfurt am Main area towards the end of 2014. The main tenants of the 534th publity asset management portfolio are TeleCash / FirstData Deutschland GmbH, Bad Homburger Service GmbH and JVC Kenwood GmbH.

Currently, the existing tenant (since 2012) JVC Kenwood Deutschland GmbH has extended its lease until 2020. The company's German head office is housed in the Bad Vilbel property covering office space of approx. 2,200 m², storage space of approx. 700 m² and parking spaces for 30 vehicles.

The modern 5-storey office building consists of five separate buildings, which are interconnected by a large glass atrium. The property has been erected on a 23,000 m² plot that also includes 371 parking spaces, these being mainly in an underground car park.

'Once again, thanks to our successful asset management, we have been able to achieve a further rental agreement. When an existing tenant decides to renew a lease, it confirms that our concept and property optimisation are a success' says Thomas Olek, CEO of publity AG.
