DURHAM, N.C., Aug. 22, 2014 - Del Webb , the nation's leading brand for active adult communities, hosted a groundbreaking celebration Wednesday for its highly-anticipated amenity center, Piedmont Hall at Carolina Arbors. Construction is expected to be completed by summer 2015.
