'These new Pulte communities are located in great school districts with easy access to major employment hubs, retail and recreation,' said Andrea Murphy, vice president of sales for Pulte's Pacific Northwest Division. 'We are seeing great interest among family and move-up homebuyers who want new homes in the best locations.'

Brookside by Pulte will open to the public on November 14 with a fully-furnished model home and offer eight floor plans ranging in size from 2,010 to 2,989 square feet. Surrounded by wetlands and protected areas, the community will offer private home sites starting in the $400s. Brookside is also close to employment centers and located in the highly rated Lake Stevens School District. The two and three-story homes will include many sought-after features such as 'daylight' basements.

12 Degrees North will open for pre-sales on December 5, with models opening in early January. The neighborhood is planned for 86 townhomes and 28 single family homes starting in the $400s and $500s. The 17 different home plans range in size from 1,261 to 2,275 square feet and feature two-car garages and unique life/work spaces. Located in Lake Forest Park with easy access to downtown, the community features lushly landscaped open space and is adjacent to the BurkeGillman Trail and Lake Washington. Minutes to public transportation and major employment centers, 12 Degrees North is located in the highly-regarded Shoreline School District.

Other Pulte communities that have opened this year include: Lake Vista in Sammamish; Trovas in Bothell; and Avery Pointe in Issaquah. Coming in 2016, a number of Pulte communities are slated to open, including: Highland Vistas and Eagle Point in Snoqualmie Ridge; River Glen in North Bend; Harbor Hills in Gig Harbor; and North Hill in Duvall.
