PuriCore Raises $3.5 Million
MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 3 January 2012 -
PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the
water- based clean technology company focused on developing
and commercialising proprietary, green solutions that safely,
effectively, and naturally kill infectious pathogens,
announces that it closed on a new $3.5 million debt facility
with Republic Bank on 29 December 2011. The debt will be
utilized to finance the working capital requirements
associated with Sterilox Fresh and FloraFresh System
installations in H1 2012. The facility is structured as a
promissory note with an imputed interest rate of 4%.
