Quantum Solar Power Corp., formerly Qpay Blockchain Corp, is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the research, development and marketing of solar power generation devices utilizing the Company's technology (the Next Generation Device (NGD) Technology) for photovoltaic devices that do not use silicon or other, rare earth elements. The Company conducts all of its research and development on a contractual basis with Simon Fraser University. The Company’s NGD Technology is a technology and proof of concept prototype for producing solar power without the necessity of utilizing silicon-based absorber components or other rare earth elements.
