Press Release September 19th, 2014
As mentioned in the press release dated February 6, 2013, Radiall has appealed the decision of the Commercial Court of Paris dated December 14, 2012. Indeed according to this judgement, delisting of the Radiall shares must be made by Euronext Paris in case the free float is lower than 5% of the share capital, but such condition is deemed not to have been satisfied by Radiall in 2010.
By decision dated September 16th, 2014, the Paris Court of Appeal has confirmed the judgment, arguing in particular that the Radiall free floatcould consist of interests which remain the same for more than three years, even in the case of minority groups higher than 5% of the share capital.
Radiall takes note of the Court's decision and will assess the follow-up to be implemented, while continuing to protect, in a pragmatic spirit, the priority interests of the company and its shareholders.
