Radiall announces the reimbursement, at due date on July 18th 2012, of the remaining 19852 bonds with redeemable and/or acquisition warrants ("OBSAAR") issued on July 18th, 2007 (whose characteristics have been defined in an operating note dated June 18th, 2007 approved by AMF under n° 07-199) for an amount of ? 20.8 million out of an initial total issuance with total nominal value of ? 39.5 million.

After this reimbursement, there is in the market as of today no more other OBSAAR related to this issuance.
