Acquisition of Van-System
Radiall acquires Italian company VAN-SYSTEM to expand its presence in the Industrial market
VAN-SYSTEM, a company founded in 1977 and located in Baranzate (Italy) within the suburbs of
Milan, designs and manufactures circular electrical connectors for Industrial applications.
These interconnection solutions are compliant with the Mil-C-5015 standard and are suitable for markets such as railway (rolling stock and communication infrastructure), machine tools, automation, power supply, mining, oil & gas and entertainment industries. The company generated sales of € 8 million in
2014.
By combining Radiall's expertise in electrical signal, radio frequency, optic fiber and high speed data transmission with VAN-SYSTEM's knowledge of power connections in harsh environments, Radiall can increase its presence in the industrial market to fufill its multi-market strategy.
