Radiall announces the buy back and cancellation, on July 22nd 2011, of 17.746 Bonds with redeemable Equity Warrants (OBSAAR) issued on July 18th, 2007 (Subject to an operating note dated June 18th, 2007 approved by the AMF under the n° 07-199) for an amount of ? 18.6 million out of a total issue with total nominal value of ? 39.5 million for the Bonds amount. Bonds have been bought at 100 % of nominal value.
Remaining number of Bonds owned in the market is 19.852, for a total nominal value of
? 20.8 million.
This operation is part of the RADIALL cash management program.
