WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, Dec. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Green River Capital, LLC (GRC), a provider of REO asset management and loss mitigation services for mortgage servicers, investment firms, and banking institutions, announced today that Aviva Bush and Laura Ferris have been promoted to Senior Vice Presidents. In addition, Richard Lundbeck has joined the company as a Vice President. All three will report to Chief Operating Officer Tim Reilly.

Both Bush and Ferris joined GRC in December 2007. Prior to her promotion to Senior Vice President, Bush was Vice President at GRC and held leading positions at Fidelity, Fairbanks Capital, LOGS and First National Bank of Commerce. She will continue with her day-to-day responsibilities managing the boarding, title and closing functions.

Ferris, who had been Vice President - Component Services, is now Senior Vice President - Product Development. She has served in senior positions in both valuations and REO, where she played a key role in the development of the company's processes for multiple REO clients and, most recently, the development of the Component Services division, which was created to support the single-family aggregation asset class. Ferris also has experience in loss mitigation and residential real estate operations. In her new role, Ferris will work with the rating agencies along with existing and new clients to create products and services to help fuel GRC's future growth.

Lundbeck has joined the company as Vice President - Component Services. GRC's Component Services Division offers a variety of valuation products including appraisals, BPOs, desktop reviews and property inspections in addition to due diligence functions, such as reviews of title commitments, title policies, recorded documents and lien searches. Lundbeck most recently served as Vice President at ServiceLink where he created, implemented and managed the REO operation for the company's local closing model. He was also instrumental in developing the title offerings for ServiceLink's Loss Mitigation Title Services. Previously, Lundbeck served as Vice President of REO & Curative Operations for Lender Processing Services, where he managed 250 employees spread across 5 departments.

In his new role, Lundbeck will work closely with Ferris as GRC expands and evolves its Component Services Division.

"As we continue to build out our suite of products and services, it will be vital to have a team in place that is not only forward-thinking, but is deeply committed to customer service," said Reilly. "Throughout the past seven years, Aviva and Laura have made significant contributions to GRC and I'm confident Richard will do the same. They will be invaluable to GRC's future success."
