The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank Polska has appointed Michael Höllerer as member of the bank's managing board. He will be in charge of the Portfolio Management division from 20 December. Höllerer was plenipotentiary at RBI until now.

'We have important tasks ahead of us in Poland. In the course of his work, Michael Höllerer has time and again successfully implemented important projects for the RBI Group and demonstrated his leadership skills. I am pleased that he will strengthen the managing board of our Polish subsidiary,' said RBI CEO Johann Strobl.

The career of the 39-year-old lawyer within the RBI Group started in 2006 and included important management functions. He was member of RZB's Managing Board from 2015 to 2017. Following the merger with RZB in the spring of 2017, he was RBI's plenipotentiary in charge of Digital Banking, Group Regulatory Affairs, Legal Services, Group Marketing and Sustainability Management.
