Rainbow Coral Corp. is a development-stage company. The Company is a consumer products company, which was formed to build a coral farm facility to develop and propagate (or grow) live coral, independent of the oceans, as a future farm reserve against the decline of natural wild reefs. Its segments include aquarium and aquarium supplies; medical technology, and Corporate. It operates a retail fish store and coral farm facility. The medical technology segment is in the development stage. The Company intends to develop a coral farm facility in order to grow, harvest and distribute a range of hard and soft captive-bred coral sizes for use by retail consumers and bio-researchers. Its subsidiary, Father Fish Aquarium, Inc. (Father Fish), is a retail tropical fish store with a license from the Florida Department of Agriculture to raise various ornamental animals. Its subsidiary, Rainbow Biosciences, LLC, is continuing to research opportunities in the bioscience markets.
