Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM:RQIH), the Bermuda based global program underwriting management and legacy acquisitions specialist, today held the Annual General Meeting referred to in the notice to shareholders of the Company dated 17 May 2018.
All the resolutions set out in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting have been duly passed.
