RANDON S.A. IMPLEMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES Please be informed that the consolidated net revenue of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações reached, in March 2015, R$ 295.0 million, a decrease of 20.1% as compared to that achieved in March 2014.
In the period January-March 2015, Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$ 696.8 million, a decrease of 27.9% as compared with the result achieved in the same period last year.
Total Gross Revenue (without eliminations and including taxes) reached R$ 403.6 million in March 2015, 26.7% up from that reached in March 2014. In the period January-March 2015, Gross Revenue totaled R$ 994.7 million, a decrease of 31.6% when compared with the same period in the prior year.
