RANDON S.A. IMPLEMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES Please be informed that the consolidated net revenue of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações reached, in April 2015, R$ 214.9 million, a decrease of 35.3% as compared to that achieved in April 2014.
In the period January-April 2015, Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$ 911.7 million, a decrease of 29.8% as compared with the result achieved in the same period last year.
Total Gross Revenue (without eliminations and including taxes) reached R$ 303.4 million in April 2015, 37.6% up from that reached in April 2014. In the period January-April 2015, Gross Revenue totaled R$ 1.3 billion, a decrease of 31.6% when compared with the same period in the prior year.
