RANDON S.A. IMPLEMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES Please be informed that the consolidated net revenue of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações reached, in May 2015, R$ 264.0 million, a decrease of 30.4% as compared to that achieved in May 2014.
In the period January-May 2015, Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$ 1.2 billion, a decrease of 29.4% as compared with the result achieved in the same period last year.
Total Gross Revenue (without eliminations and including taxes) reached R$ 361.7 million in May 2015, 32.6% up from that reached in May 2014. In the period January-May 2015, Gross Revenue totaled R$ 1.7 billion, a decrease of 32.0% when compared with the same period in the prior year.
