RANDON S.A. IMPLEMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES Please be informed that the consolidated net revenue of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações reached, in April 2016, R$ 254.2 million, an increase of 18.3% as compared to that achieved in April 2015.
In the period January-April 2016, Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$ 988.8 million, an increase of 8.5% as compared with the result achieved in the same period last year.
Total Gross Revenue (without eliminations and including taxes) reached R$ 349.8 million in April 2016, 15.3% up from that reached in April 2015. In the period January-April 2016, Gross Revenue totaled R$ 1.370 billion, an increase of 5.6% when compared with the same period in the prior year.
