Interim Dividend Payment Year 2017 President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (the "Company'') hereby notifies that the Company's Board of Directors in the meeting No.8/2017 held on 21st August 2017 approved the payment of the interim dividend for the first half of 2017 operating results. There are 1,450 million shares and the dividend will be paid at Baht 1.15 per share, totalling Baht 1,668 million from the retained earnings that paid the corporate income tax at 20 percent rate and the individual shareholders will be entitled to tax credit.

The record date of the shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend will be on 4th September 2017 and the closing date of the share registration book for collecting the name lists of the shareholders according to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act will be on 5th September 2017. The interim dividend payment will be made on 201h September 2017.
