Subject: Payment of the Increased Capital of an Associated Company (Berkprai Cogeneration Company Limited)

Attention: President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

As Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (the "Company") has sequentially informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand about the increase of registered capital and capital payment of Berkprai Cogeneration Company Limited (an associated company which the Company held 35 per cent stake through a direct subsidiary namely Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Company Limited).

Currently, Berkprai Cogeneration Company Limited is constructing Berkprai Cogeneration Power Plant. Therefore, it is necessary to make further capital call at Baht 1.85 per share to use in such operation. Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Company Limited has already paid for such capital call by its proportion (46,585,000 shares) totaling Baht 86,182,250. The new capital has already been registered at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 25th May 2017. As a result, Berlq,rai Cogeneration Company Limited 's total paid up capital is Baht 752.45 million or 56.53 per cent of the registered capital.
