Raven Russia Limited ('Raven' or the 'Company')

Change of name to Raven Property Group Limited

Following the announcement yesterday confirming the passing of resolution 22 at the Annual General Meeting, the Company's name has now changed to Raven Property Group Limited.

With effect from Monday 4 June 2018, the Company's securities will trade under the new name Raven Property Group Limited and the London Stock Exchange Tradeable Instrument Display Mnemonics ('TIDM') for each of the Company's securities will change as follows:
