Raymond James Financial : Security, Defense & Government Services Investment Banking practice adds senior banker, continues growth

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Raymond James has hired Stephan Segouin as a managing director in the firm's Security, Defense & Government Services Investment Banking practice. Segouin will team with group co-head Alper Cetingok to provide a full range of M&A advisory and capital-raising services to companies in the global security sector.

Segouin has more than 23 years of finance and deal experience on both the corporate and investment bank sides. He joins Raymond James from ADT, the largest provider of alarm monitoring services in the United States and Canada, where he most recently led the company's M&A efforts and was the chief financial officer of its largest subsidiary, ADT Canada. His knowledge of the sector and experience as an acquirer, coupled with broad relationships with industry practitioners and investors, adds unique capabilities to the group and further positions it for continued growth.
