RAYMOND JAMES ANNOUNCES PRICING
OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF SENIOR NOTES

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE-RJF) today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of (i) $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.625 percent senior notes due 2026 at a public offering price of 99.841 percent of the principal amount and (ii) $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.950 percent senior notes due 2046 at a public offering price of 99.937 percent of the principal amount (together, the 'notes'). Raymond James will pay interest on the 3.625 percent senior notes semi-annually on March 15 and September 15, beginning on March 15, 2017, and on the 4.950 percent senior notes semi-annually on January 15 and July 15, beginning on January 15, 2017. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
