Control Gained or Lost over Entities having a Material Effect
On 31 August 2015, the Company acquired the ECS business from Water Corporation of WA. Refer to the 2016 Annual Report for further information.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of RCR Tomlinson Ltd will be held on Tuesday, 25 October 2016 at the Intercontinental Sydney Hotel located at 117 Macquarie Street, Sydney, New South Wales in the Treasury Room (Level 1). Formal Notice of the meeting will be sent to each shareholder.
