RCR Increases Funding Capacity by $150M

Diversified engineering and infrastructure company, RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR) is pleased to advise that it has extended its contingent instrument bank guarantee facility by a further $100 million to $295 million.

This increase was arranged by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and forms part of the Company's Syndicated Banking Facility.

In addition to the above facility increase, the Company has approval to utilise insurance bonding facilities in the aggregate of up to $250 million. This is an increase of $50 million.

RCR's Managing Director, Dr Paul Dalgleish, said that "the increase in our bonding capacity provides RCR with a significantly larger facility which will support our forecast growth. We are experiencing considerable growth in our development pipeline, in particular, rail and energy including solar, wind, storage and gas power opportunities."

"We are delighted to be working with a syndicate of financiers who understand our business and support the strategic and organic growth of our business," added Dr Dalgleish.
