Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (RB.LN), a manufacturer of branded products in household, health and personal care, said Wednesday that JAB Holdings B.V, is now interested in 76,659,342 shares in Reckitt, representing 10.6% voting rights.
JAB Holdings previously held 112,659,342 shares
Reckitt Benckiser shares at 0915 GMT down 2 pence, or 0.6%, at GBP34.24, valuing the company at GBP25.05 billion.
