Recticel concludes refinancing of
EUR 175 million for 5 years
Recticel (NYSE Euronext Brussels: REC), the leading European
polyurethane producer, announces today that it has concluded
a new EUR 175 million secured multi-currency credit facility
with a tenor of 5 years. This agreement is concluded with 7
prominent European banks, whereby BNP Paribas Fortis,
Commerzbank, ING and KBC, acted as Bookrunning Mandated Lead
Arrangers.
The new credit allows Recticel to secure liquidity and to
extend its debt maturity profile. It will be used to repay by
anticipation the amounts still outstanding under the EUR 230
million club deal of 2008, which was due to expire in
February 2013.
