RENTECH, INC. Rentech, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTK) announced today that Patrick J. Moore has resigned from the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Moore, who is resigning for personal reasons, was appointed to the board by GSO Capital Partners LP (GSO) in April 2014.
