Replek AD Skopje is a Macedonia-based company active in the pharmaceutical sector. It is engaged in the production of generic medicines in different pharmaceutical therapeutic categories, such as oral dosage forms: tablets, capsules and oral solution, as well as medicines for topical use: creams and ointments. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Replek Farm DOOEL Skopje, a company for manufacturing pharmaceuticals and chemical products and PZU Apteka Replek, a company for import-export, wholesale and retail trade of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical equipment; as well as Replek i Hubo International DOO Skopje, a mixed ownership - 80% owned by Replek AD Skopje and 20% owned by Hubo International - Belgium, which comprises the market Replek and Hubo and the restaurant Day and Night.
