Repsol YPF SA : Repsol To Carry Out Free Capital Increase For Dividend In July

Repsol SA (REP.MC, REPYY) said late Thursday its shareholders have approved a free capital increase to pay a scrip dividend in July.
In a filing to the Spanish stock market regulator, the company said it will pay on July 10 about EUR0.549 (68 cents) per new share to those shareholders that decide to cash out their dividend shares.
