Repsol YPF SA (REP.MC) is ending operations in Cuba after being unable to find oil offshore, the BBC reported Tuesday, citing Chairman Antonio Brufau.
The Spanish oil and gas company "won't do another" well in Cuba, Brufau told investors and reporters in Madrid, the BBC reported.
On May 18, Repsol announced that an exploratory well in Cuban water wasn't successful and would be capped.
