Republic Bank & Trust Company (“Republic” or the “Bank”) is proud to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the opening of the Bank’s fifth Lexington, Kentucky banking center and its 43rd overall. This new banking center is scheduled to open in late 2015, pending regulatory approval, and will be located in Lexington’s new CentrePointe development at the corner of Main Street and South Limestone.

The CentrePointe project sits on nearly two acres in downtown Lexington. Republic will anchor the first floor of this new ten floor office building. Also included in this project is an 11 story Marriott hotel with an additional seven floors containing 23 condos, a separate Marriott extended stay hotel with 90 apartments atop and first floor retail, and an underground parking garage.

Republic will offer full-service personal and business banking along with a 24-hour ATM, an after-hours night depository and safe deposit boxes. In addition, the office will house Private Banking, Treasury Management and Commercial Lending officers.
