Rights Issue: 9.50326 new shares @ 85 ZAR for 100 existing shares

At the end of June 2019, the group's portfolio, consisting of 42 properties, with a total lettable area of 1,202,355 m2, amounted, in market value, to ZAR 23.8 billion. The portfolio in value is distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (97.2%) and Nigeria (2.8%).
