As of December 31, 2011, the Company held a 1.08% stake in Capitalpart Participacoes SA, a 0.76% stake in Telinvest SA and a 3.03% stake in Longdis SA. As of December 31, 2011, Ret Participacoes SA and its affiliated companies had no operating investments. As of June 18, 2012, Citigroup Venture Capital International Brazil Llc held a 99.99% stake in the Company.
