FABIO BORTOLOTTI APPOINTED THE RETELIT GROUP'S NEW CFO


Milan, 11 November 2015 - Retelit S.p.A. (listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario, the Italian Screen- based Market, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.) has appointed Fabio Bortolotti the Group's new Chief Financial Officer following Antonio Maconi's departure. Mr. Maconi, who also fills the position of manager responsible for company financial reporting, has decided to leave the company to pursue new professional opportunities. He will be leaving the company with effect from 15/11/2015.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Maconi for his service.


Fabio Bortolotti has more than 20 years of experience in finance, a field in which he has served in a variety of positions at Italian and international investment banking and consulting firms.

Bortolotti, 47 years of age, with a degree in Economics from the University of Bergamo and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, started his career at Price Waterhouse in Milan, and then moved to London, where he worked in corporate finance and M&A for ING Barings, Merrill Lynch and Jasper Capital Group. He has served as CFO at Mediterranean Oil & Gas, a company listed on the AIM market in London, and at CDS Holding. In 2010 he founded Omnipro, a financing consulting boutique focused on small and medium enterprises, where he is leaving the position of Managing Partner.
