RETELIT APPOINTS FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER PURSUANT TO ART. 154-BIS OF CONSOLIDATED LAW ON FINANCE.With the resolution of 12.09.2014, the Retelit Board of Directors appointed Mr Antonio Maconi as Financial Reporting Manager pursuant to Art. 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance. Mr Antonio Maconi has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Group since 29.08.2014.
The appointment was passed after hearing the opinion of the Board of Auditors - pursuant to Art. 22 of the Articles of Association - and carried out in line with the requirements of honourability and professionalism prescribed by law.
With the availability of over 7,600 kilometres of fibre optics, 8 metropolitan networks and 18 data centres, Retelit is one of the leading Italian providers of data transmission services and infrastructure for the telecommunications and ICT markets. Since 2013, thanks to significant investment in new technologies, Retelit's product range has widened with new-generation ultra-broadband VPN services, as well as cloud storage and data-centre services providing added value.
