Milan, 15 March 2016 - During its session today, the Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. reviewed specific forms completed by the persons concerned and verified that the directors satisfied the independence requirements laid down in Article 147-ter (4) and Article 148 (3) of Italy's Consolidated Law on Finance and Article 3 of the Self-Governance Code for Listed Companies. The following four directors were found to be independent: Laura Guazzoni, Annunziata Magnotti, Laura Rovizzi and Carla Sora.
With approximately 9,000 km of fibre optics, nine metropolitan networks and 18 data centres, Retelit is one of the leading Italian providers of data transmission and infrastructure services for the telecommunications and ICT markets. Since 2013, thanks to major investments in new technologies, Retelit's offerings have been expanded to include next- generation ultra-broadband VPN, cloud storage and value-added data centre services.
