Milan, 15 March 2016 - During its session today, the Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. reviewed specific forms completed by the persons concerned and verified that the directors satisfied the independence requirements laid down in Article 147-ter (4) and Article 148 (3) of Italy's Consolidated Law on Finance and Article 3 of the Self-Governance Code for Listed Companies. The following four directors were found to be independent: Laura Guazzoni, Annunziata Magnotti, Laura Rovizzi and Carla Sora.
