Milan, March 31, 2017. Retelit S.p.A. announces that the 2016 Annual Financial Report, which includes, among other sections, the 2016 Financial Statements, the Group Consolidated Financial Statements, the Declaration as per Article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of the Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, the Directors' Report, the Board of Statutory Auditors Report and the Independent Auditors' Report, have been made available to the public at the registered office of the Company, on the Company website www.retelit.it (Investors / Annual and Interim Reports section) and on the 1INFO authorized storage mechanism at www.1info.it.

The following documents have also been made available at the registered office of the Company, on the Company website www.retelit.it (Corporate Governance section) and on the 1INFO authorized storage mechanism at www.1info.it:

1. the illustrative reports and Directors' proposals on the first and second matters on the Agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for April 27, 2017;

2. the 2016 Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report, drawn up as per Article 123-bis of the Legislative Decree no. 58/1998;

3. the Remuneration Report, drawn up in accordance with Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.
