PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS

The Board of Directors has decided to submit to Rexel's Shareholders' Meeting to be held on May 24, 2018, the payment of a dividend of €0.42 per share.

The ex-date is July 4, 2018. The payment of the dividend will be made on July 6, 2018.
