In order to enhance its organizational effectiveness and simplify its management structure, Rexel has decided to place all its European operations under a single regional head.

To this end, Patrick Berard has been appointed Senior Vice President Rexel Europe, effective July 1, 2015. This appointment will extend Patrick Berard's responsibilities to the entire region, replacing the previous structure under which Rexel's European operations were divided into two zones: Southern, Central and Eastern Europe, headed by Patrick Berard, and Northern Europe, under the management of Henri-Paul Laschkar, who will retire from the Group after a long and successful career.
