WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - April 23, 2012 - Members of the
media who wish to attend
Reynolds American Inc.'s annual shareholders meeting at the
company's Plaza building at
401 North Main Street in Winston-Salem at 9 a.m. on Thursday,
May 3, should pre-register by the close of business on April
27 by emailing Jane Seccombe at seccomj@rjrt.com.
Members of the media will be required to show a photo ID and
appropriate media credentials to gain admission. Members of
the media who are not pre-registered by the April 27 deadline
and who do not show acceptable media accreditation may not be
allowed into the meeting.
