RIB Software SE signs a Phase-III-contract (No. 24 / 2017) with Implenia, the leading Swiss construction and construction services company

Stuttgart, Germany, 17 August 2017. RIB, the world's leading provider of 5D BIM Big Data technology for the construction industry, today announced the conclusion of a Phase-III-contract with Implenia, the leading Swiss construction and construction services company with a strong position in the German, Austrian and Scandinavian infrastructure market. This agreement is already the third Phase-III-contract, which could be concluded in the current calendar year.

Guido Schmidt, CIO of Implenia, comments the conclusion of the contract: "Based on a comprehensive evaluation process and due to the innovative web-based technology as well as the end-to-end 5D approach of iTWO 4.0, we decided to choose the RIB enterprise solution. With iTWO, we have found an integrated software solution that meets our requirements for a model-based project management solution. We are convinced that the iTWO technology will enable us to further increase the added value in the execution of our projects. In addition, as part of a technology partnership with RIB, we will jointly contribute our comprehensive know-how in the further development of iTWO 4.0 in selected areas and in return benefit from a tool, tailored to our needs."
