A quorum was obtained and shareholders adopted all of the resolutions submitted for their approval. These resolutions concerned the following:

  1. Election of Directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors have been elected and qualified;
  2. Ratification of appointment of MNP LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2018;
  3. Approval, on an advisory basis, the compensation disclosed in the Company's proxy statement of the Company's named executive officers.
