DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc. (NYSE: RBN) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved its regular quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.045 per share. The dividend is payable on November 18, 2011 to shareholders of record as of October 21, 2011.
