Based in the firm's Chicago office, Armknecht was chosen from hundreds of consultants across the U.S. as one of 35 talented professionals under the age of 35 for his significant contributions and leadership in the area of IT security.

The publication will celebrate the 2015 winners at its Rising Stars of the Profession Awards Dinner this evening, April 16, at 6:00 p.m. (CDT), at the W Chicago City Center in Chicago.

Armknecht has been instrumental in growing Protiviti's Chicago IT security practice and is responsible for the development and implementation of security programs and policies for numerous Protiviti clients. His skills and experience as an IT security leader have enabled him to dive deeply into various regulatory and security environments and also communicate effectively with clients' senior management and boards of directors about technical security issues.
