Robert Walters has been named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work®.

Globally, the Best Workplace™ survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices, with winners featured in The Guardian.

We've been chosen as one the UK's Best Workplaces based on the results of our employee survey completed in November last year, and a review of the HR and leadership practices that create the workplace culture at Robert Walters.

We have used the feedback from the survey of our staff to make positive changes to our workplace and we will continue to make improvements to ensure we stay one of the UK's Best workplaces, including:

■ Further investment in our people through our new learning and development team

■ Commitment to embracing new technology such as Surface Pros and new AV technology

■ Further upgrades to our working environment with new break out areas and lockers planned

■ Improvements to our maternity policy to be announced later this year

■ Internal staff events like the upcoming Tag Rugby tournament

■ Commitment to making sure our impact on the environment is minimised
