New Year Update

This announcement contains inside information.

The Company has submitted a draft Re-admission document to the UKLA and anticipates re-admission to trading within the next couple of weeks. This follows the completion of the purchase of Egerton Energy Ventures Limited, Sojitz Energy Project Limited and Idemitsu Petroleum UK Limited.

The company is adequately funded and will not be raising money on re-admission.

On 1st January the Company's net production was 5,473 boepd.

A further update will be provided when the Company's shares re-admit to trading.

RockRose Energy PLC is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas production and infrastructure company. The Company focuses on onshore and offshore production opportunities and infrastructure projects. Its operations include the Blake Field, the Ross Field, the Nelson Field, the Howe Field, the Galahad Field, the Mordred Field, the Tors Field Unit area, the Grove Field Unit Area, Seven Seas and Netherlands assets. Its subsidiaries include Marathon Oil U.K. LLC (MOUK) and Marathon Oil West of Shetland Limited (MOWOS). MOUK holds interests of approximately 26% in license P313 and 40.0% in licenses P340 and P108, which together comprise the Greater Brae Area.
