Rockwool A/S : Double success for ROCKWOOL Germany ›

This year's success marks the first time that ROCKWOOL Germany has ever won the EUROBAUSTOFF award, knocking Saint Gobain off the top spot! This feat is even more impressive given that ROCKWOOL was also voted 'No. 1 Supplier' in the insulation business by Hagebau. With over 2,900 outlets, this vote sends a clear signal to the German market.

Volker Christmann, Senior Vice President, Head of Insulation Central Europe, explains the importance of these awards: 'In previous years Saint-Gobain has dominated this competition because of their price politics. ROCKWOOL Germany has always had the opposite approach and this year we have been rewarded for our engagement on factors other than price; an approach positively acknowledged in the judge's decision.
