Rolls-Royce Holding PLC : Rolls-Royce Gets $630 Million Contract With Synergy Aerospace for Trent 700's

LONDON--Rolls-Royce (RR.LN), the global power systems company, Thursday won a 630 million dollar contract with Brazil-based conglomerate Synergy Aerospace to provide Trent 700 engines and TotalCare long-term engine service support for nine Airbus A330 aircraft.
MAIN FACTS:
-Of the nine aircraft ordered, six will be passenger and three freighter.
-Shares at 0950 GMT down 4 pence, or 0.5%, at 863 pence valuing the company at GBP16.2 billion.
